LA Fire Department’s Frank Hotchkin Memorial Training Center Gets A Much Needed Landscape Makeover

Due to budget constraints, the Los Angeles/San Gabriel Valley CLCA Chapter requested the services of Netafim USA and District Sales Manager Mark Hall to participate in the landscape renovation of the LA Fire Department’s Frank Hotchkin Memorial Training Center. This building is a Los Angeles Historical Landmark #972 and the first Jewish Cemetery California State Historical Landmark #822.
